Daily Recipe : Brownies
Ingredients :
- 6 eggs
- 225 gram sugar
- sufficiently salt
- 1 teaspoon of emulsifier
- 50 gram chocolate powder
- 125 gram flour, sifter, mix with chocolate powder
- 75 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 175 ml oil
- 100 gram Dark cooking chocolate, melt it, mix with oil

Method :
- Mix the eggs, emulsifier, salt and chocolate paste until expands and rigid
- Add flour mix, mix them together
- Add oil mix that had been melted, stir well
- set aside 1/3 dough, give sweetened condensed milk, stir well
- make 2 dough without condensed milk, part 1 : steam for 10 minutes, add dough with sweetened condensed milk for 10 minutes, last add the remaining dough without sweetened condensed milk, after that steam for 20 minutes.
Tips :
- The mixture of eggs, sugar, and emulsifier have to really rigid
- Steamer have to be very hot, when the dough put in the steamer
- Don’t forget to warp the steamer with napkins so water not fall and make the cake wet
- Steam with medium fire
Daily Recipe : Pudding
Ingredients :
- 500cc water
- 6 tablespoon sugar (you can add more if you want to)
- Biscuits (flavor : cheese, chocolate, etc.)
- 1 Sachet Chocolate Pudding
- 1 Sachet Strawberry Pudding
Equipments :
- Pot / Saucepan
- Rice ladle / Spatula
- Cup / Bowl
Method :
- Boil 250 cc of water using saucepan
- Add 1 sachet Chocolate Pudding, stir well using spatula and wait until effervescent
- Then add 3 tablespoon of sugar, stir well again
- Put into the cup, then put the pudding in the fridge for 15 minutes or more
- Then add biscuits which has been crushed
- Then boil again 250 cc of water
- Now, we add 1 sachet Strawberry Pudding, stir well until effervescent
- Add 3 tablespoon of sugar, stir well AGAIN
- add to that is already filled cup of chocolate pudding and biscuits before, put in the fridge for 15 minutes
Fla aka pudding sauce :
Ingredients :
- 300 cc of water
- 2 sachet of instant fla
Equipments :
- Pot / Saucepan
- Rice ladle / Spatula
Method :
- Boil 300 cc of water until effervescent
- Add 2 sachet of fla, then turn the heat down
- stir well the fla, turn off the heat
- Wait for 15 minutes or until the fla chilled
- Then add to the pudding, or sachet
Daily Recipe : Cream Soup
Ingredients :
- Chicken bones
- Chicken fillet
- 1-2 Carrots
- 3-4 Mushrooms
- Milk
- Macaroni
- Onion
- Dried parsley
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg powder
- Water
Equipment :
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Bowl

- Stove

Method :
- Boil chicken bones until become broth
- Then Boil the macaroni, then dice the chicken fillet
- Meanwhile cut carrots, mushrooms, and onion (for the carrots, you need to dice it)
- Then saute the onion. Then add chicken fillet
- Sprinkle the salt & pepper
- Prepare pot, pour the broth and milk
- Add macaroni, dice carrots, mushrooms, and chicken that has been sauteed
- Stir well, then add nutmeg powder and parsley
- The soup ready to serve, you can eat it with garlic bread too
Daily Recipe : Chocolate Cupcake
Cupcake Ingredients :
- 400 gram butter
- 400 gram sugar
- 750 gram flour
- 9 eggs
- 200 gram Chocolate powder or 4 ounces melted unsweetened baking chocolate
- Sufficient water (3/4+ cup water)
- Sufficient baking soda (1/2+ teaspoon baking soda)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream Ingredients :
- 1 box of milk
- 100 gram butter
- 200 gram sugar
- Dyes (any color you like)
Cupcake Equipment :
- Mixer
- Spoon
- Cup
- 2 large bowl (mixing bowl)
- Napkins
- Oven
- Toothpick
- Baking pan
- Piping bags
How to make Cupcake :
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
- Combine all ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix them with a mixer at low speed for 30 seconds. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes.
- Put the dough on the cup, and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pans then remove from pan, and place on wire racks to cool completely. Then Decorate with cream, sugar, fruit, and chocolate
How to make Cream :
- Mix the butter and sugar in the bowl with mixer
- Add milk and dye, mix again with mixer
- After that, put the cream into the piping bag, decorate the cake 🙂
Daily Recipe : Macaroni Schotel
Ingredients :
- 250 gram dried macaroni
- 1/2 can corned beef
- 50 gram butter
- 50 gram onion
- 50 gram flour
- 3 eggs
- 100 gram grated cheese
- 10 gram bread flour
- 500 cc milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Sufficient water
- Sufficient oil
Equipment :

- Frying pan
- Oven
- Strainer
Method :
- Boil water with a little salt, put macaroni, boiled until cooked, then drain, Pour with cold water and drizzle with a little oil so as not stick.
- Saute the onion with butter, put flour, stir well, then pour the milk, bring to a boil, stir until smooth
- Add corned beef, grated cheese, and macaroni, stir well
- Then add salt, nutmeg, and pepper, stir well, then add egg, stir well again
- Grease a heat resistant dish with margarine and sprinkle with some bread crumbs, then pour the batter into it, flatten, spread with butter on it and sprinkle with bread crumbs, baked in the oven (180 Celsius, or 132 Fahrenheit, 30 minutes) until cooked.
